Wumu Technology, a forward-looking technology enterprise committed to intelligent manufacturing and operational excellence, today announced the successful completion of Phase 1 of its company-wide lean management initiative. The year-long program has delivered comprehensive improvements in on-site management, process efficiency, talent development, and corporate culture, laying a solid foundation for sustainable growth.
At the project kickoff ceremony, Wumu Technology held a full-scale launch event with commitment signing and goal alignment, mobilizing all employees to embrace lean transformation. The project team focused on four core pillars: lean workplace, continuous improvement, talent development, and system construction, ensuring structured and steady execution throughout the year.
Over 12 months, supported by professional guidance, Wumu Technology implemented a full range of lean practices centered on site optimization, process refinement, capability building, and system standardization. With full employee participation and persistent efforts, the company achieved all-around upgrades in production environment, management efficiency, and organizational culture.
Based on 6S management, the project comprehensively renovated workshops, warehouses, and IQC areas. Tools such as 3Fixed management, visual control, and shadow board management were widely applied, effectively eliminating clutter, space waste, and low searching efficiency, resulting in markedly improved cleanliness, safety, and standardization.
Through in-depth 4M1E analysis, the team accurately identified waste in production, quality, logistics, and management. Improvement plans were formulated and implemented in closed-loop management, significantly lifting inventory turnover, production efficiency, and delivery stability.
A series of systematic training programs covering 6S, Eight Wastes, PDCA cycle, and QC 7 Tools were delivered throughout the year, cultivating a professional lean team capable of understanding, implementing, and sustaining improvement initiatives.
The project built sustainable systems including point-based incentives, Genba audits, and achievement review sessions, institutionalizing lean practices and fostering a corporate culture where "lean thinking is shared by all, and improvement actions happen everywhere".
Wumu Technology is a technology enterprise focusing on R&D, production, and service, adhering to the philosophy of lean innovation and high-quality development. The company is committed to building world-class operational capabilities and providing customers with reliable, high-performance products and professional services.
